The Santa Maria Dog Town Suites provided a mix of experiences. The rooms were clean and equipped with necessary amenities like a TV, coffee pot, great air conditioning, microwave, and fridge. Although we initially had an issue with the fridge, the prompt response from the front desk to replace it was impressive. The staff's honesty and helpfulness left a lasting impression, especially in a touristic city. The hotel is situated amidst the local vibe, with convenient access to a bus stop and some nice restaurants within walking distance. However, the location might not feel the safest, especially at night, and lacks nearby convenient dining options.

The hotel is nestled right in the heart of the authentic Mexico, offering a genuine experience. We stayed 17 nights and were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. The rooms were comfortable, and when we faced an issue with the hot water, the staff quickly relocated us to another room. The location immerses you in the real Mexico, with a vibrant and festive atmosphere.
